Mission

Collaborating to grow and attract local businesses in Downtown Steubenville and to inspire mission-aligned nonprofits, governments, investors, and leaders to partner with us.

Our primary focus for our initiatives is the core downtown business area shown bounded by South St, 6th St & Ave, Franklin St, and Hwy 7. We want to partner with others throughout the county, in Ohio, our neighbors in West Virginia, and the federal government.
